Policy Agreement & Service Terms

Custom Gown Pricing

Custom prom gowns start at $1,000+. Final pricing varies based on design complexity, fabric selection, package options, and construction details.

All gowns are handcrafted and tailored to your measurements.

Consultations

Consultations for prom clients are free.

During your appointment, we review your inspiration photos, discuss design direction, package options, fabrics, and provide your custom quote.

A parent or guardian MUST be present for clients under 18.

Booking & Deposits

A 60% non-refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of your consultation to begin production. Your deposit secures your place on the prom production calendar.

No measurement or fabric-selection appointment will be scheduled without a deposit.

If the deposit is not received within 72 hours, your spot will be forfeited.

The remaining balance is due before your final fitting or by February 16, 2026, whichever comes first.

Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment:

-Square Invoice (a link will be emailed after your consultation and agreed design)

-CashApp ($Marow25)

-Cash

No checks or money orders accepted.

Include your full name and “Prom Gown Deposit” in the memo for CashApp payments.

Client Intake

All prom clients must complete the online intake form to schedule a consultation date.

Once registered, you’ll receive a Zoom link to book your consultation.

Fittings

Most gowns require 2–3 fittings.

Please arrive with proper undergarments and good hygiene.

A parent or guardian must accompany the client to all fittings if the client is under 18.

The final fitting also serves as your pickup appointment.

Late & Missed Appointment Policy

Arriving 30 minutes or more late → $25 late fee

No call / no show → $25 fee

Missed payment deadline → $75 late fee

Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.

Production Timeline

The typical production time is 6–8 weeks, depending on the design complexity and the position in the schedule.

Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because each garment is custom-made to your measurements, all sales are final.

No cancellations, refunds, or returns are accepted for any reason — including changes of mind or event cancellations.

If you choose not to continue with your gown, all payments made remain non-refundable.

Client Information

Client records are kept for 45 days after services end.

Measurements, sketches, and personal information are confidential and are not released or reused. Client photos will be used as an advertisement on the Marow Formal website and all social media platforms

Agreement

By paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Marow Formal prom policies.
